3. Services Provided

$10 Dollar Servers (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) agrees to provide the following services (the “Services”) to [Client’s Company Name] (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”):

  • Web Hosting Services: The Service Provider will offer web hosting services including website hosting, email hosting, and database hosting to support the Client’s online presence and operations.

4. Service Level Objectives

The Service Provider agrees to meet the following service level objectives:

  • Service Availability: The Services will be available to the Client 99.9% of the time, excluding scheduled maintenance periods and unforeseen events causing temporary service interruptions.

  • Response Time: The Service Provider will acknowledge support and service requests from the Client within 5 minutes of receipt through:

  • The Service Provider offers 24/7 technical support to ensure the Client’s web hosting services operate smoothly.
  • Support can be accessed via live chat on the Service Provider’s website and by email at [email protected].
  • The Service Provider commits to diligently address and resolve any issues related to the Client’s hosting services.

6. Service Fees and Payment

  • The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider fees as specified in the attached agreement or as mutually agreed upon.
  • Payment terms and methods will be outlined in the attached agreement.

7. Termination of Agreement

  • Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the terms and conditions outlined herein.

8. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of this agreement.

9. Force Majeure

  • Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control.

10. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming.

11. Entire Agreement

  • This SLA, along with any attached agreements, constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the Services and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, or agreements.

12. Amendment

  • This SLA may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.
